What happens if there is nobody at home to get the delivery of diapers from the ASL?

Normally the home delivery of the free supply of diapers by the ASL is agreed a few days before: in case there is no one on the established date and time, you will have to contact the toll-free number of the aid provider in your region and fix a new appointment.

How will I be re-contacted?

If the consumer cannot be home for an emergency and the supplier does not find anyone at the time of the delivery of the ASL diapers, the order can be moved 3 days later. In any case, you will be contacted by phone.

We remind you that the delivery date is always visible on the previous order note. In addition, the supplier always makes a call two days before his arrival, so it is really difficult to forget about it.

However, if the client already knows that on that date he cannot be there, he can make a phone call to the toll-free number or the reference ASL to postpone it.

As in all home delivery services, there is a need for the delivery signature, therefore the supplier cannot leave the package at home if there is nobody to sign.
